Florian d4280ffde3 [IR] long long value and hex not taken into account 
Nox we can process long long values and hex key when doing MQTTtoIR.
Also remove simpleReceiving as it only enable to use NEC or Raw

-avoid reset of ESP32 when wifi is disconnected
-enable to erase the wifi/mqtt settings if; the mqtt broker wasn't connected once or if the TRIGGER_PIN is pushed for a long time >10s

Florian 4ba27481b5 add of Xiaomi Mijia BT4.0 clock temperature and humidity sensor (LYWSD02) 
and enable multiple services data readings for Mijia standard device. Indeed the new version seems to publish several service data compared to old ones.
