* add '-DvalueAsATopic=true' to RF based environments
add '-DvalueAsATopic=true' to RF based environments. Required to support changes in zgatewayRF.ino for Home Assistant discoverability
* Modify gatewayRF to improve Home Assistant auto discoverability
Pass "recieved" as the type argument and switchRF[0] as the subtype argument to announceDeviceTrigger() which will cause recieved codes to be picked up by home assistant as triggers, i.e. When setting up automations in Home Assistant, selecting a `device` trigger and an OMG device will allow the user to select a code picked up during the autoDiscover window as the trigger for the automation, for example "1394004" recieved. In order to support this, the `'-DvalueAsATopic=true'` argument must be added to all environments using the RF Library
Also change getUniqueId() call to remove leading '-' which will prevent MQTT topics having '--' in them

Add Serial as a communication layer so as to transmit data to/from serial

Add serial heartbeat
Change discovery principle for interval and intervalacts, keep them always discovered and deactivate adaptivescan when changed. Instead of removing their discovery when adaptive scan is activated
Increase JSON_MSG_BUFFER_MAX as we are now using const char* and it requires more memory for Arduino Json Deserialization

* Creates the possability the define SDA/SCL Pins correct through a compiler switch from the platformio.ini
Sample:
'-DBME280_PIN_SDA=0'
'-DBME280_PIN_SCL=2'
The main features of the upgrade to 0.1.3 of rtl_433_ESP are
1 - Change Transceiver Library to RadioLib
2 - Add support for SX127X transceiver module ( I used the 433 Mhz version of this Heltec module for development ).
3 - Added automatic calibration of the RSSI Signal detection Threshold
4 - Removed dependency on loop for start and end of signal detection, and moved to a ESP32 Task
5 - Moved received signal decoding to a ESP32 Task
6 - Identified Blueline PowerCost Monitor decoder as source of significant memory overhead and disabled.
7 - Multi Receiver support has been validated with RF, RF2 and PiLight
* Publishing/receiving inconsistencies
* General platformio.ini changes
General platformio.ini changes to allow for publishing/receiving settings to be defined in User_cofig.h instead of them only working if defined in the environments. Kept separate so far for discussion.
* PR #934
* Active Receiver Switching
Switching of the active receiver module is available between the RF,
RF2, RTL_433 and Pilight Gateway modules, allowing for changing of
signal decoders without redploying the openMQTTGateway package.
Sending a JSON message to the command topic of the desired receiver
will change the active receiver module.
Other minor adjustments/improvements
1 - Improved startup serial logging that includes
- OpenMQTTGateway Version
- OpenMQTTGateway Modules
2 - Trace logging of full Gateway module command topic
- Enabled in RF, RF2, PiLight and RTL_433
3 - Updated RTL_433 Documentation to only include enabled ASK/OOK
device decoders
4 - Trace logging of MQTT Callback topic
* Regression testing
* Adding valueAsASubject support to rtl_433_ESP
- model and id keys are appended to message topic
* Increased memory size for receiver switching in blocking build all

* handle 64 bits values, except for UNO
Arduino UNO is not enough powerfull to handle properly uint64_t in terms of memory so differenciate the variable type depending on the board type
With this configuration ATMega will not be able to receive with simpleReceiving 64 bits values. Of course Json will work with 64 bits values for this board.
* Simplify jsondata.success() condition
* Renamings and optimize deduplication functions
* replace 2 dimensions array by a structure so as to handle the time with an uint32_t when using an ESP (instead of a uint64_t)
* change storeValue and isAduplicate function names
* point to the rcswitch revision with the new 40 bits protocol
