config files are now inluded in openmqttgateway.ino and doesn't need to be uncommented or commented in user_config.h

as test_config.h represents now the modules we want to tests per board there is no need of keeping differenciation into user_config.h

indeed if negative temperature the hex value is of type 0xffe9 for
example giving a number > 65000, to deduct the negative value we need to
substract 0xffff to the hex value

* Added gitignore file. Added sensor selection to DHT config for DHT11/21/22 sensors. DHT22 used a default to ensure backwards compatibility.

* Removed quotes to fix compliation error.

* Moved local ignored file from .gitignore to .git/info/exclude per request. Removed .gitignore.
