Fix Sharp and DISH IR protocol bit lengths
...
sendSharp is called by sendSharp(address, command), not (data, bits). However, we can call sendSharpRaw(data, bits).
The DISH IR protocol appears to have 16 bits of data.

Correct the bit lengths of various IR protocols
...
Disable Panasonic codes as it is called wrong.
Store data in an unsigned variable, vs a signed on, otherwise it produces bad results for high numbered codes.
Mark protocols that are > 32 bits as they won't work with values large than an unsigned long (32 bits).

On some cases the receiver could not work when the esp8266 is powered by Vin instead of the usb plug of a nodemcu with serial monitor
