So as to pilot the pin use the following commands:

OFF command: mosquitto_pub -t home/OpenMQTTGateway_MEGA/commands/MQTTtoONOFF -m OFF

ON command mosquitto_pub -t home/OpenMQTTGateway_MEGA/commands/MQTTtoONOFF -m ON
