# Community participation
The first entry step for participating to OMG is sharing and discussing with the [community](https://community.openmqttgateway.com). By sharing your experiences and answering questions you give back what others gave to you.

Use the forum to:
- Ask questions about hardware, builds, MQTT, BLE/RF/IR, or docs.
- Share projects, logs, and payload samples that help others.
- Suggest features or confirm if something already exists.

When you have a change to contribute, follow the [Development contributions guide](./development.md) for the PR flow.
